What the client wanted
The client wanted the perfect showroom for their campervans, a space where customers could arrive, feel completely at ease and really see what they were investing in. It had to be finished to a very high standard, with a main showroom, offices for the sales team, a staff room and toilets. Above all, every visitor had to walk in and be genuinely impressed.
What we did
We built a brand new commercial roof, replacing the old one that had leaked throughout the years the building stood empty, giving the showroom a weathertight foundation for the future. We created a series of defined zones with a seamless, customer friendly flow, including the main showroom, offices, a staff room and toilets. Our in house carpenters designed and built bespoke display units, cabinetry and detailing throughout, so the space shows the vehicles at their very best.
Challenges we overcame
We delivered to a fixed budget and a fixed timeframe, starting from a building in poor condition with a leaking roof and an unstable floor. Bringing it up to the standard the client wanted within those constraints made this a real test of planning and delivery, and we met it
