Roots in a Family Business

MPD is a family run company built on 25 years of doing the work, not managing it from a distance. Our founder Paul started on the tools: learning the trades, running sites, solving problems with his hands.

Paul began as a shop fitter, and for years our team delivered commercial projects for national brands. When the country locked down, we turned that same craftsmanship to homes across Warwickshire, and the domestic side of MPD has grown on word of mouth ever since. We don’t outsource our core work.

Our teams are in house employees and long standing trusted specialists who have been with us for over a decade. For 25 years, every project has come from a recommendation. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every job, in Coventry, Leamington Spa, Kenilworth, Warwick, Stratford upon Avon and beyond.

Green is the new blue.

Our branding is blue, but MPD is green wherever possible. We source materials locally to cut transport carbon, follow reduce, reuse, recycle across our operations, and build energy efficient homes with air source heat pumps, solar panels and high performance building fabric.
