We run every residential project through Buildertrend, a private client portal. At the end of each day your site foreman uploads progress photos, what has been completed and what is coming next week. No chasing. No hidden charges.

A dedicated in house team
We don’t subcontract and hope for the best. Our residential team are MPD employees and long standing trusted specialists, the same faces from day one to handover.

An honest budget estimate first
Before you commit to a full tender, Paul meets you on site and gives you an honest budget figure. If the numbers work, we prepare the detailed item by item quote. If they don’t, you’ve lost nothing.

Design input beyond the drawings
If Paul sees something that could work better, a layout change, a material upgrade, a smarter use of space, he tells you before we build it.

Yes. Paul gives you an honest budget estimate after the site visit, free and without obligation. The detailed item by item quotation only happens if the budget works for you.
How do I know what's happening on site?
Through Buildertrend, your private project portal. Daily photos, completed tasks, the coming week’s schedule and variations for you to approve, all in one place.
Do you work with architects?
Yes. We work alongside your architect, or recommend one we trust if you don’t have drawings yet.
Which areas do you cover?
