Residential SERVICES
Extensions, full refurbishments and new builds, delivered end to end
New Builds
From eco friendly homes with air source heat pumps and solar panels to traditional builds with fully integrated smart systems, we deliver new homes from the ground up, working hand in hand with your architect.
- Complete new homes from groundworks to handover
- Eco builds: air source heat pumps, solar, high performance fabric
- Smart home integration: lighting, heating, audio, automated blinds
- Traditional and contemporary styles
Extensions
A rear extension that opens up the kitchen. A side return. A wrap around that changes how the whole house works. We handle the full build from foundations to final fix, working with your architect or recommending one we trust. In Kenilworth we built an extension housing a self contained flat and a bespoke home gym. We piled the foundations to protect a nearby protected tree and still finished on time
- Rear, side and wrap around extensions
- Structural work, foundations and steelwork
- All trades in house, first and second fix
- Kitchens and bathrooms fitted within the new space
Refurbishments
Full house refurbishments are where we excel. We strip out, alter the structure, rebuild the layout and finish to a premium standard, with every trade in house. We brought a 600 year old stone cottage back to life, and we turned a tired Pimlico apartment into a high end, market ready residence for a returning client.
- Whole house refurbishments, every room and every trade
- Strip outs and structural alterations
- Premium carpentry, kitchens and bathrooms
- Electrical and plumbing upgrades throughout
Loft Conversion
Add a bedroom, bathroom or office without moving house. We build dormer, hip to gable and Velux conversions with proper attention to structure, natural light and usable floor space.
- Dormer, hip to gable and Velux conversions
- Structural steelwork and staircases
- En suite bathrooms
- Plastered, decorated and finished to match the rest of the house
Garage Conversion
We turn unused garage space into rooms that earn their keep: home offices, gyms, studios and extra living space. We manage the structure, insulation, services and finishes as one job
- Full garage to room conversions
- Structural alterations and insulation
- Electrics, plumbing and heating
- Planning guidance where required
